Tradition on your table. Traditionally the Taggiasca Olives are preserved in brine in order to maintain all their natural qualities.
After the Taggiasca olives have been collected, we wash and leave them in water and salt for several months until they are ready to be eaten.
The Taggiasca is a particular quality of olive with a unique taste. Even if it looks small it’s rich in oil and naturally salty with a slightly bitter taste.
The Taggiasca olives are perfect as a snack, with a cocktail or as an aperitif, as well as with all different kinds of dishes like pasta, fish, meat and vegetables.
Taggiasca Olives in Brine must be stored in a dry and cool place away from heat.
Each jar has a storage period of 18 months from the date of packaging.
