Pesto is the most famous product from our heritage. It has made our diet famous all around the world.
We use Pesto in several different recipes as it gives flavor to pasta, potato gnocchi and a typical homemade pasta called “trofie”. It also gives more taste to vegetable soups such as “minestrone”.
It is also good to spread on bread or add as a typical Mediterranean flavor to meat dishes.
Even if the original recipe is with garlic, for those who don’t care for it, we can offer the same sauce without garlic.
It can be preserved for up to 6 months in the original jar.
It must be stored in a dry and cool place away from heat. After opening, it must be topped with oil and conserved in the fridge.
