Dedicated to meat lovers…a mix of traditional and international tastes to prepare the Fassona meat tartare!

What do we need?

480 gr Fassona

7 gr  wasabi powder

1 egg

200 gr of FOENA RISERVA GRAN CRU

1 teaspoon of mustard

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Salt to taste

80 gr di SUN DRIED TOMATOES SPREAD

Let’s start with the meat. Take a knife and cut the meat into little pieces in order to obtain the tartare, then dress it with  FOENA RISERVA GRAN CRU and salt.

Now it’s time to prepare the mayonnaise! Put the following ingredients in the mixer, in this precise order: egg (be careful to not break the yolk),  FOENA RISERVA GRAN CRU , mustard, lemon juice and wasabi powder.

Now whisk the ingredients with the highest power from the bottom to the top.. mayonnaise is ready!

Once you have meat and mayonnaise, you only have to put it on the plate!

Do as our Chef: Place the meat on the plate and decorate with mayonnaise and the sun dried tomatoes spread ...even the more conservative palate will love this new Fassona meat  tartare version!
